How do we source claims?

Every statistic links to its source within two sentences. Technical rules link to the primary source: Google, Yahoo or Microsoft sender documentation, IETF standards, or the regulator. Where we publish our own data, the article says how it was collected, how many records it covers and the date range.

When do we update articles?

The published date never changes. The updated date changes only when the text changes in substance, not for small edits. Articles with time-bound facts, such as prices and sender requirements, are re-checked at least every six months and say "as of" the date they were checked.

How do we use AI tools?

We use AI tools to help research, outline and draft. Every article is then checked against our editorial checklist, fact-checked against its sources and edited by Kunal before it is published. Nothing is published without that review.

Do we earn from links?

If an article ever contains a link that pays us a commission, it is disclosed above the first such link. Today no article does.
